The people at Pattern are very special. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome from the beginning and were always incredibly kind.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to better understand the position I was applying for before I started working. I did not have a clear understanding of what a quotes intern did until after I had completed all of my interviews and was into the training process.
Advice
As a quoting intern there is a very large amount of information to absorb and it is often changing so it is important to remain flexible.
