Logistics processor

June 2021 • St. Louis, MO

What I liked

The employees were very nice, the pay was decent, and the technology I needed to use for my job worked.

What I wish was different

I wish management hadn't changed so quickly. There also was an employee turnover while I've been working. Training could have been more comprehensive and over a longer amount of time.

Advice

Make sure you take initiative to learn and improve for yourself. No one knows what you don't know unless you tell them. Often managers are too busy to tell you everything they should tell you.
