What You’ll Do

 As a Summer Investment Banking Services Analyst at Cascadia, you’ll be responsible for generating top-of-funnel opportunities through initial research and identification of potential target clients and assisting in the preparation of external materials. 

 Daily Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and research potential target clients within target industries and markets utilizing various sources, including industry databases, news articles, and networking platforms. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and collaborate with senior team members to prioritize and pursue potential opportunities.

• Material Development and Preparation: Contribute to the preparation and creation of Investment Banking Services materials for internal and external initiatives, including deal summaries, target client email outreach, and other marketing collateral. 

• Reporting: Input referrals and prepare regular internal and external reports on calling efforts, outreach campaigns, referral management, and revenue under engagement.

Requirements

• While  we don't require a specific major, a solid understanding of finance or accounting will help you hit the ground running.
• We’re looking for candidates with a strong GPA (3.5+ preferred).
• Undergraduate students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
