Talent Intern - New Graduate & Student Programs
Please Note: NI does NOT petition for H-1B status from student visas for full-time or intern hires, thus cannot accept candidates for this position who are on a student visa and have Curriculum Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), or academic training.
The NI Talent Intern will work with our talent team in HR that focuses on recruiting and running our New Graduate & Student Program at NI. It is an exciting time to be a part of this team as we are working to create what is needed for the Next Generation of Students and Business Leaders at NI. This Intern will gain diverse exposure to many aspects of talent management for new graduates & students including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, & Talent Management.
Core Responsibilities:
Generation NI program support responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution and roll out of our student talent development programs globally
- Coordinate logistics for program elements with cross functional stakeholders
- Ideate and help implement technology integration for program and data collection effectiveness
- Assist with requests to scope Talent Development resources associated with Student programs
Global Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Assist University Recruiting Center of Expertise in the recruitment & sourcing of University candidates
- Coordinate of events for all recruitment related activity
- Participate in building the strategy for relationship management with institutions and student organizations

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree with an interest in a career in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
- Able to work full-time - 40 hours per week during the summer months
