Intern- US Consumer Development Analyst

Overview:
  • US Consumer Analyst to develop business and data management (analysis) tools to be used in the day-to-day management, tracking, and analysis of the US consumer print hardware business. A key responsibility will include documentation of processes and data sources related to the tools developed and provide gap analysis and recommended standards for operational procedures improving organizational efficiency and efficacy. Position reports to the US Consumer Business Development team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across supply chain, channel, finance, account planning, and business management teams to map out current state
  • Participate in weekly internal meetings to develop an understanding the dynamics of the consumer print and develop an understanding of the business challenges to address
  • Work with the account planning and channel development teams to understand their key business metrics and provide a gap analysis
  • Document operational processes and develop analysis tools for the US Consumer Channel organization

Education and Experience:
  • Business management with data analysis

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Data mining and data analysis – Strong analytical ability to distill conclusions from big data
  • Comfort with defining and documenting organizational processes
  • Ability to build solutions from diverse problem sets
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with the desire to work independently with guidance
