Jr. Operations Manager - Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing

Junior Operations Manager (Purchasing, Supply Chain & Manufacturing)

We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, FDA-registered medical device manufacturer operating at the intersection of pain control, sports rehabilitation, and advanced age-management skincare. Our environment is fast, demanding, and built for people who want to learn quickly, take ownership, and make an impact.

We are looking for a high-output, detail-obsessed Junior Operations Manager Intern who thrives in complexity and has a natural instinct for creating order, driving execution, and getting things done.

This is a 2-3-month, part-time, paid trial for a full-time Operations leadership track role. Perform at a high level, and you won’t just get an offer—you’ll earn a seat at the table.

Compensation:

  • Internship: $22/hour
  • Full-time: $38/hour

What You’ll Actually Do:
This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You will be embedded in the core of our operations and expected to contribute immediately.

You will:

  • Own and execute SOPs across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and QMS
  • Identify inefficiencies and fix them—not just flag them
  • Drive organization and accountability across fast-moving workflows
  • Support and influence daily team performance
  • Get hands-on with inventory, vendor management, forecasting, and production flow
  • Engage in quality control and regulatory-driven processes
  • Step into projects and push them across the finish line

You’ll leave this role understanding how a regulated manufacturing company actually runs—end to end.

Who This Is For:

  • You bring order to chaos without being asked
  • You move fast, but don’t miss details
  • You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
  • You have a high internal standard and expect the same from others
  • You thrive under pressure and in constantly evolving environments
  • You care about execution, not just ideas

Preferred Tools & Experience:

  • Acumatica
  • Salesforce
  • Thought Industries
  • Tableau

Why This Role Stands Out:
Most internships give you exposure. This one gives you responsibility.

Most roles teach you one function. This one teaches you the entire operational engine.

If you’re looking for something easy, this isn’t it. If you’re looking to accelerate your career, learn fast, and prove what you’re capable of—apply!
